prostitution: a glimpse in the sex world

Prostitution literally means selling sex for money. This industry has its roots in each country and is spreading deeply. It is one of the most intense and cruel areas of international criminal activities. In India like various other places in world , one of the main reason for its growth is poverty. Women involved in this industry are either poor , deserted by their husbands , widowed , sold by the menfolks in their homes , or simply they are carrying on the family customs , its funny that this ugly deed is carried on even in names of gods!!! Apparently many religions allow it and thinks that these women who are slave to their own bodies are devotees of god!
Since time immemorial, men has enjoyed the service of these women who's only jobs were to satisfy the rich and the greedy. Very few people before going to them for the pleasure wonder about the plight of these women or men or simply girls. Many of the teen girls are smaller than their own daughters but when they come to a brothel all they ask for "k0i fresh maal aaya hai" A girl is simply reduced to a commodity.
In a recent bollywood flick a dialogue was banned because it was considered "offensive" i might be paraphrasing over here but it went something like this
"yaha goa mein sharab sasti ladkiyan usse bhi sasti..."
Its true not only for Goa but most of the places in the world .
In this industry a symbol of love is reduced to cash a natural phenomenon is nothing more than few rupees , a person has a value and that value is cheaper than a whisky bottle!
